Clean and modern fitness center

everything was simply great. liked bridgeview, the hotel was absolutely great close to everything. the room was reasonably spacious, had essentials, like a shower, a hairdryer and towels.

We had the a double room and it was brand-new.

Great location near lots of entertainment options.

I encountered several issues that left me feeling quite frustrated. First, the shuttle service wasn't available on Sunday, a major inconvenience. I tried calling the front desk multiple times for assistance, but nobody answered, and I found myself stuck without transportation. To add to my disappointment, the hotel's pricing felt steep considering the circumstances.

The room was nicely decorated and new-fashioned with central heating, TV with cable channels and a fridge.

Immaculately clean hotel with marvellous location in Bridgeview short walk to the airport, the main areas, and the soccer stadium. Free parking onsite provided. Not to mention free wifi! What a really really nice stay, no complains at all.

The hotel's decor was warm and inviting. I particularly loved the accessible pathways, made navigating the spaces easy for everyone, including those with limited mobility.

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

A Solid Stay with Room for Improvement

The room felt cozy, though a bit cramped, and the staff member Sherry were pretty good too address our concerns about ants. A bit more attention to cleanliness would elevate the experience.

Honestly was surprised at how nice this hotel was. The room was really spacious and clean. The breakfast had a variety of options that were delicious.

The King Studio Suite was spacious, modern, and clean. Staff were friendly and assisted with our needs promptly. The convenient shuttle service to the airport was a standout feature. Encountering a shortage of towels and difficulties finding vending options were minor annoyances .

The King Room was spacious and en pointe for our needs after a long drive. Meanwhile, the location near Seat Geek Stadium was a real treat. Perfect for catching a show. The vending area was a galley of options, though we didn't get a chance to snag anything since we were buzzing with post-concert energy.

We ran into a little trouble with the towel count-only three for four guests. Plus, the late-night search for a vending machine turned out to be a wild goose chase.
